A Year of Gratitude, Community & Coming Together

As we reach the final days of 2025, we’ve been reflecting on what an incredible year it has been at Chez Rosa. A year filled with shared meals, a brand new home, familiar faces returning to their favorite table, and moments, big and small, that reminded us why we love what we do.

When we think about this year, one word keeps coming back to us: gratitude.

Gratitude for the guests who choose to celebrate their milestones with us.
Gratitude for the locals who pop in for their favorite dish week after week.
Gratitude for every kind review, every photo tagged, every “see you next time.”
And most of all, gratitude for the people who make Chez Rosa feel like home: our team.

This year brought us growth, challenges, laughter, and a deeper appreciation for the magic that happens when people gather around a table. We’ve introduced new specials, expanded traditions, and watched our little corner of Kennebunk become a place where friendships start, dates unfold, and families reconnect.

As we close this year with full hearts, we also face a moment that reminds us of the strength of community.

Many of you know David, one of the kindest souls on our team.Someone who greets you with warmth, remembers your favorites, and brings light into the restaurant every single day. Recently, David learned he needs major brain surgery. And as a family, we knew we had to do everything we could to support him.

That’s why we’re hosting David’s Mexican Night on January 20th: a one-night-only dinner filled with live music, flavor, and the spirit of coming together for someone who means so much to us.

It’s more than a special event.
It’s a chance to show what the community can do.
A reminder that the end of the year isn’t just about celebration. It’s about care, connection, and showing up for one another.
