Corporate & Business Events at Chez Rosa

Bring people together around the table.

Whether you’re planning a Holiday party, an end-of-year celebration, a team dinner, client entertaining, or a larger company gathering, Chez Rosa offers a warm, polished setting for bringing colleagues together.

Our approach is thoughtful but relaxed, with seasonal food, cocktails and wine, attentive service, and an atmosphere that encourages people to settle in and enjoy the time together.

Our private Sunroom accommodates up to 40 seated guests or 50 cocktail-style, while full restaurant buyouts welcome up to 100 guests.

Holiday & End-of-Year Gatherings

For holiday parties and end-of-year celebrations, Chez Rosa offers an alternative to the traditional banquet room.

Gather your team for a seated dinner, a more social cocktail-style event, or a full restaurant buyout. We’ll help you shape the format around the size and tone of your gathering.

A setting that works for your group.

For smaller gatherings, the Sunroom offers a private setting with its own bar and dedicated service.

The Sunroom

  • Up to 40 guests seated

  • Up to 50 guests cocktail-style

For larger groups, a full restaurant buyout offers exclusive use of Chez Rosa for up to 100 guests. Seasonal patio access may also be available.

From seated dinners to cocktail-style gatherings.

We’ll help you choose the format that best fits your celebration and how you want the evening to feel.

Formats can include:

  • cocktail receptions

  • passed hors d’oeuvres

  • family-style dinners

  • seated multi-course dinners

  • buffet dinners

  • food stations

  • dessert receptions

  • a combination of formats

Our team can also help coordinate seating, floor plans, menus, beverages, dietary needs, vendors, and the overall flow of the event.

Seasonal food, cocktails, and wine.

Our private event menus reflect the same approach that guides the restaurant every day: French technique, Maine ingredients, seasonality, and careful preparation.

Menus are customized based on your event format, guest count, season, and culinary preferences.

Beverage options can include beer, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic selections, sparkling toasts, signature drinks, and upgraded wine or spirits.

We’ll help you create a food and beverage plan that feels right for your group.

Thoughtful planning from start to finish.

Once your date is reserved, our team will help guide the planning process, including:

  • event flow and timeline

  • dining style and menu

  • beverage selections

  • floor plan and seating

  • dietary accommodations

  • vendor coordination

  • décor logistics

  • music and entertainment

  • final guest count

The current planning process includes an initial meeting after booking, menu and event planning approximately six weeks before the date, and a final planning call roughly two weeks before.
