The restaurant Chef Kyle and Yazmin wanted to exist.
After years in hospitality, Kyle Robinson and Yazmin Saraya Jean created Chez Rosa around the things they valued most: thoughtful cooking, genuine connection, high standards, and a restaurant culture built around care.
Their experiences continue to shape how we cook, how we welcome our guests, and how we think about what a restaurant can be.
