Chez Rosa can be part of more than one moment of a wedding weekend.
Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, intimate receptions, and late-night after-parties can all be designed around the size, style, and energy of the celebration.
For after-parties, Chez Rosa can host up to 100 guests with exclusive use of the restaurant, dedicated bar and service staff, late-night food, music, and room for guests to mingle and keep celebrating.

Full Restaurant Buyout
For larger events, a full restaurant buyout gives you exclusive use of Chez Rosa and the freedom to create a gathering that flows throughout the space.

Full buyouts can include seasonal patio access when available, along with indoor and outdoor flow for larger celebrations.

Our event menus are rooted in the same approach that guides the restaurant every day: French technique, Maine ingredients, seasonality, and careful preparation.
Menus are customized based on your event style, guest count, season, and culinary preferences. Depending on the format, your event might include passed hors d’oeuvres, artisanal boards, raw bar selections, seated courses, family-style dishes, or desserts.

The current planning process includes an initial planning conversation after booking, menu and final-detail planning approximately six weeks before the event, and a final review roughly two weeks before.
